Matthew Kolb is executive vice president and chief operating officer for Carle Health. Joining Carle Health in 2014, he focuses on leading clinical operations, care transformation, and strategic growth. He has served in a variety of executive leadership positions since joining Carle. Kolb works as dyad partner with Carle's chief medical officer to provide exceptional care and service to patients and members.
Prior to joining the leadership team at Carle, Kolb worked at Allina Health System in Minneapolis, MN, for seven years.
He received his Juris Doctor from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, Master of Health Administration from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and Bachelor of Arts from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
