Customer Success Operations Lead
Joanna Laucirica has been with Health Catalyst since 2020 and is currently the Population Health Customer Success Operations Lead, while previously serving as Director of Customer Success for Embedded Refills. With over 10 years of progressive project management experience in the healthcare technology industry, Joanna has successfully streamlined product and clinic workflows, instituted new technologies to create efficiencies and increase revenue, and implemented new systems and automation tools for enterprise clients. Prior to Health Catalyst, Joanna served as an Implementation Project Manager at DACCO, led acquisition and optimization initiatives at AdventHealth Tampa and began her career and passion for healthcare technology at athenahealth. Joanna graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Social Sciences and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
